The Role: We are seeking a highly creative, data-driven Social Content Manager to lead the development, testing, and optimization of marketing creative across multiple brands and across both paid and organic channels. This role blends performance marketing expertise with hands-on content creation and community engagement, ensuring each brand's voice and audience strategy is reflected in high-performing content. You leverage AI tools to scale winning creative concepts across a portfolio of brands.



You work hard to understand the needs and challenges that operators and merchants face in order to create content that goes a level deeper to meet the objectives of small business owners looking to grow and automate their businesses.
Performance Marketing Creative Asset Production Produce and launch 10–15 new ad creatives per week using AI-driven workflows and creative agents.
Develop high-performing hooks, messaging, and visual concepts optimized for paid media platforms.
Vertical Video Creation Create and edit 1–2 vertical videos per week optimized for paid performance channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Ensure videos are designed for scroll-stopping engagement within the first few seconds.
Creative Testing & Optimization Lead ongoing creative testing initiatives across platforms to improve campaign performance.
Maintain a target Cost Per Lead (CPL) under $200 through testing and optimization.
