We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager based in Mexico to support the successful delivery of core insurance platform implementation projects for our clients in the region. The role is part of the COO domain function and reports to the Integral Delivery Director. The Delivery Manager will work closely with the local client stakeholders, the Fadata Sofia and Mexico delivery team, and the assigned Project Manager to ensure strong execution, clear communication, and hands-on delivery leadership. The Delivery Manager will be responsible for ensuring effective project delivery, client coordination, and operational follow-through across the implementation lifecycle.



Act as the local delivery lead for Fadata in Mexico, ensuring close collaboration with the client and internal delivery teams.
Work closely with the Fadata Sofia team, including the Project Manager, business analysts, technical teams, configuration teams, and other delivery stakeholders.
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of core insurance platform implementation activities.
Ensure clear communication between the client, local stakeholders, and Fadata's central delivery organization.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, status reviews, and delivery governance forums.
Identify delivery risks, dependencies, blockers, and escalations early, and drive resolution in collaboration with the Project Manager and Global Delivery Director.
Ensure that project activities are aligned with agreed scope, timelines, priorities, and delivery methodology.
