This is an opportunity to join to nearshore production hub in Mexico as CRM Email Developer — building the HTML email templates that power the company enrollment marketing programs across healthcare education institutions.
responsible for translating approved design files into technically precise, rendering-tested, accessible, and deployment-ready HTML emails at the volume and pace required by a high-performance studio.
The Email Developer builds, tests, and maintains HTML email templates within the company's CRM platform.



You translate design files from the Art Direction and Integrated Design teams into clean, responsive, cross-client-compatible email code — and you own the technical QA process that ensures every template renders correctly before deployment.
Build responsive HTML email templates from approved design files, following company's technical specifications, accessibility standards, and platform requirements
Develop and maintain a modular template library for each Company institution enabling efficient campaign production and brand-consistent execution at scale
Conduct thorough pre-deployment technical QA: cross-client rendering tests (Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, mobile), link validation, image hosting verification, dynamic content testing, and personalization variable checks
Upload and configure campaign builds within the CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent) — including audience sel
