About the role Provides technical leadership and operational support to Video Template Review teams. Owns tooling, AI-assisted workflows, technical standards, and review processes that ensure high-quality, scalable, and efficient review of motion graphics, video templates, and related creative assets.
Review and analysis of video templates, motion graphics, After Effects projects, Premiere Pro templates, DaVinci Resolve templates, and related assets.
Lead technical upskilling and tooling adoption for Video Template Reviewers.
Test, deploy, and optimize AI-assisted review workflows for template content.




Establish and maintain technical review standards across supported software platforms.
Monitor quality trends, compatibility issues, and operational risks.
Support escalations involving template functionality, licensing, copyright, AI-generated content, and technical performance.
Drive automation and innovation initiatives within Video Template Review operations.
Strong knowledge of motion graphics, video production, and template-based creative workflows.
Experience with Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
Understanding of template structure, expressions, plugins, rendering workflows, and asset dependencies.
Experience reviewing creative assets for functionality, usability, and commercial quality.
Familiarity with AI-assisted content creation tools and workflows.
Strong collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Content Operations teams.
