The NCX Launch Operations team ensures that New Content Experiences, such as Live Events and Podcasts are set up and executed flawlessly on service for members worldwide. As our slate expands in scale and complexity, this role's operational impact grows significantly.
As a NCX Project Manager, you will oversee the setup, configuration (technical, creative, and operational coordination) and successful execution of each experience. This includes assessing feasibility, managing workflows, ensuring data accuracy, validating the end-to-end experience, and driving cross-functional clarity throughout the lifecycle of a project. Real-time, quality decision-making is critical to this role , especially when unexpected issues arise.




We’re looking for someone who can move quickly, anticipate potential challenges and collaborate effectively across many general teams. You will operate at the center of how these new content experiences come to life for Netflix members.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execution excellence: You are fully accountable for the configuration and launch of New Content experiences on the service. This involves managing the entire process and ensuring that all elements come together smoothly, especially considering the unique and often complex nature of new content types and experiences at Netflix. You will also conduct feasibility checks, rapidly scoping out and defining the necessary requirements for launching any new experience on the service.
