We're hiring a Social Media Strategist, Short-Form Content Producer to help scale the content engine behind GBS Group and our startup brand, LLC Hub. This role owns end-to-end content creation across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn, including editing, design, publishing, and optimization.
You will work inside the Shared Services team and report to the Marketing Manager. You will collaborate closely with our management team, and other subject matter experts to turn complex financial and business advice into engaging, digestible content. This role is idóneo for someone who understands short-form video deeply, moves fast, and can turn raw footage into polished assets at speed.
Content Creation
Produce 2 to 3 short-form videos and graphics per day for GBS Group's channels.
Video Scripting: Writing engaging and well-structured scripts for content creators (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
Edit engaging clips tailored to Reels, TikTok,



and Shorts by repurposing long-form advisory content or editing raw footage provided by leadership.
Translate complex tax, accounting, and business growth concepts into simple, visual, and highly shareable content.
Design on-brand visuals for video overlays, carousels, and thumbnails using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Platform Strategy and Publishing
Plan, schedule, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Maintain a balanced content mix:
Educational: Tax tips, compliance reminders, financial literacy.
Performance and Optimization
Review performance metrics weekly (Views, Retention, Engagement, Inbound Leads) and provide clear insights.
Track KPIs specifically related to brand awareness and MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads).
Partner with the Marketing Manager to align on creative direction and upcoming campaigns.
Maintain clean systems and documentation in Hubspot and Google Drive.
