Key Responsibilities
Social Performance Analysis:



Conduct social media profile analysis (owned and competitor channels) and conversation monitoring to evaluate social media performance, including open web / brand health analysis and qualitative insights.
Campaign Intelligence: Lead campaign analysis (including comment extraction and post-categorization analysis) to measure audience impact and sentiment toward marketing initiatives.
Develop in-depth audience studies and market analysis to identify trends, behaviors, and opportunities;
Reporting & Presentation Excellence: Ensure high-quality reporting delivery and develop clear, compelling presentations with strong narratives focused on delivering real strategic value and measurable outcomes.
Consulting & Client Relationship: Use critical thinking to support and influence client decision-making, building strong client relationships.
