Role Summary and Impact
Download reports from digital tools and/or know how to interpret databases with competitor information




Keep track of witnesses by brand/category on a monthly basis).
Send Media Plan for correct purchase upload into system
Send orders and Flow to media
Daily monitoring and follow-up of campaigns
Daily communication with the media to optimize campaigns
Sending materials to the media (confirmation of receipt and that the material meets the requirements to start the campaign)
Control of weekly consumption (with supervision of the Digital Manager)
Reconciliation of monthly figures
Delivery of reports to the client.
Preparation of Post Buy
Preparation/planning of Media Plans for the briefs we receive from clients
Control and follow-up with internal teams for the execution, optimization, and closure of campaigns.
Skills and Experience
2-3 years of experience managing digital campaigns, preferably social media and video.
Intermediate English
Use of digital platforms: social media, video (MCC, BM). For analysis: Comscor
