The role As a
Lead Motion Designer / Editor , you will be a hands-on creative leader responsible for defining and delivering motion design, editorial, and VFX work.
You will use motion as a
storytelling tool , shaping rhythm, pacing, and emotional impact across all deliverables, while mentoring team members and collaborating closely with clients.

Role responsibilities
Lead the
creative direction of motion design and editing
across projects
Design and execute
high-impact motion, 3D, and VFX work
Shape storytelling through
pacing, rhythm, transitions, and visual flow
Develop
original motion languages and visual systems
Create content for
brand films, pitch materials, digital experiences, and campaigns
Extend motion design into
web, apps, and interactive platforms
Provide
creative direction and feedback




to team members
Ensure quality through attention to
timing, detail, and craft execution
Present and explain creative decisions clearly to clients, linking design to strategy
Contribute to
high-stakes content
such as sizzles, launches, and proposals
Minimum qualifications
Proven experience in motion design, editorial, and VFX (senior/lead level)
Strong expertise in
After Effects and video editing tools (e.g., DaVinci Resolve)
Advanced capabilities in
3D tools (Cinema 4D or Blender)
Experience delivering
high-quality VFX and compositing work
Strong understanding of
visual storytelling, pacing, and narrative structure
Experience collaborating with teams and reviewing creative work
Ability to communicate effectively in
English
Strong client-facing communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Experience working in
creative studios, agencies, or production environments
