Vacancy: Operations Assistant.
We are a leading engineering company looking for a skilled Operations Assistant, Support the seamless functioning of the organization by enabling the effective execution of operational and project-related activities through reliable administrative and logistical coordination.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of daily operations, schedules, and meetings to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
Collaborate closely with the Operations and Project Management teams to identify requirements and support efficient project execution.
Oversee business trips of company professionals,



coordinate the allocation and use of company vehicles, rental cars, and housing arrangements.
Address and resolve any issues affecting professionals during the delivery of their services at client or project sites, ensuring minimal disruption.
Invoice management and reporting. Generate, monitor, and report invoices related to operations, maintaining accurate financial records and supporting budget control.
Actively participate in the monitoring and continuous improvement activities of the system as well as the implementation of the requirements.
What will you need to succeed as a Operations Assistant?
Desired formation: Administrative, secretariat, Administrative Business management or similar.
Software:
MS Office.
CRM management.
English (Advanced)
Spanish (Advanced)
Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills.
