Digital Marketer
with strong e-commerce experience to lead customer retention and growth initiatives across multiple digital channels. This role will have a heavy emphasis on email marketing strategy and execution, particularly within Klaviyo, while also supporting broader e-commerce growth efforts including paid social campaigns, TikTok Shop initiatives, influencer partnerships, and conversion optimization.



Key Responsibilities Own and execute the company's email marketing strategy using Klaviyo, including campaigns, automations, and customer lifecycle flows.
Monitor email marketing performance and continuously improve KPIs such as revenue per recipient, conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer retention.
Support customer acquisition initiatives across paid e-commerce channels.
Assist with TikTok Shop strategy, product launches, and marketplace growth opportunities.
Coordinate influencer outreach and partnership campaigns.
Manage and optimize social media marketing initiatives across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations based on data and customer insights.
Research and test emerging growth channels and digital marketing opportunities.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands.
