Primary Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Financial Partnership
Act as a Finance Business Partner, collaborating closely with Finance to align marketing strategies with business and financial objectives
Participate in strategic marketing planning, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans and business cases.
Lead the creation and evaluation of business cases for promotions, including financial assessments and ROI analysis.
Contribute regional insights to annual and long‑range strategies, ensuring optimal timing and sequencing (AOP & LRBP).
Working together with Marketing provides suggestions for sales and COI forecast estimation per month
Support the development, administration, and tracking of the annual marketing budget (Dopex), recommending adjustments as business needs evolve

Integrated Commercial Calendar & Promotions
Design, build, and execute the Integrated Commercial Calendar, ensuring relevant, compelling monthly offers that drive incremental sales and ABO engagement.
Lead the full end‑to‑end process for the calendar, including:




Project intake and prioritization by tier.
KPI and financial impact modeling with analytics.
Calendar‑building workshops.
Approval processes, stakeholder influence, and socialization.
Lead pricing and promotion squads, ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment
Provide organization to the promotional strategy and execution from concept to post‑mortem, through the promotion squad including:
Strategic design and analysis.
Projections, forecasting influence (FCST), and planning alignment.
Financial assessments and profitability stewardship.
ABO co‑creation and communication creativity.
End‑to‑end project oversight to guarantee flawless execution.

Project & Program Management
Lead regional and cross‑functional project teams to deliver local initiatives aligned with LATAM strategy.
Apply Agile project management methodologies to drive speed, focus, and accountability.
Track and manage multiple initiatives across count
