Sales Manager for Utility-Scale Projects . This exciting role offers an outstanding career perspective within a globally top-ranked clean energy organization looking to expand its footprint in large-scale infrastructure.
In this position, you will own the commercial growth and customer strategy for grid-scale assets within your assigned territory, with a primary focus on expanding utility market share in Mexico. You will act as the principal point of contact, building long-term, high-loyalty relationships with key utility executives, Independent Power Producers (IPPs), major developers, and EPC stakeholders. Operating in a remote-first setup with frequent travel, you will bridge the gap between large-scale energy demand and our client's world-class multi-megawatt solar technology pipeline.
Find, qualify, and secure high-value pipeline opportunities while cultivating deep brand loyalty within the utility-scale PV client segment.




Maintain and expand relationships with strategically important large accounts, serving as their dedicated partner to achieve designated gigawatt/megawatt sales quotas.
Cross-Functional Synergy:
Prepare precise sales forecasts, track key account metrics, proactively identify grid-scale territory growth opportunities, and clearly communicate quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
Constantly assess, clarify, and validate localized utility customer needs, leading collaborative efforts with internal staff to engineer tailored commercial and technical configurations.
Market Intelligence & Tendering Support:
Conduct deep market research to evaluate local grid constraints, power market trends, and utility procurement frameworks; support the Business Development team in co-marketing and strategic tendering activities.
