Partner closely with engineering teams to balance speed, quality, and sustainability. Lead Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stakeholder alignment activities. Use quantitative data and analytics to drive product decisions, prioritization, and tradeoffs. Improve digital customer experiences and conversion flows, including quote-to-bind and self-service journeys. Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders, Product Managers, and development teams. Support demos, testing, iteration planning, and release execution. Mentor junior Product Owners and contribute to Agile best practices. Experience working as a Product Owner in Agile / SAFe / Scrum environments.
Experience improving digital customer journeys and online conversion flows. Bachelor's degree preferred. Fluent English required. Ability to use data to drive decisions and prioritization. Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Ado
