BPOD LatAm is seeking an experienced Senior Enterprise Account
We are seeking a results-oriented Senior Enterprise Account Manager to own the full sales cycle
to drive revenue growth, strengthen customer relationships, and expand strategic business opportunities across a territory of enterprise accounts. The Senior Enterprise Account Manager will work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, product, and
for a consultative seller with experience in enterprise SaaS and complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments.
Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, decision-makers, and influencers within customer organizations.
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and
contract execution.
· Conduct regular business reviews and present performance metrics,
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline, forecasting, and activity reporting
using CRM tools.
· Collaborate with Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Solutions




Consulting, and Customer Success.
· Strong pipeline development and disciplined territory management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Sales, Management, or a related field.
~5+ years of quota carrying SaaS or enterprise software sales experience.
~ Strong consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
~ Experience managing complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
~ Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools.
~ Knowledge of enterprise procurement and contract management

teamwork, and respect, while fostering professional development by supporting team members in their growth and progression within the organization.
