The role A hybrid role that combines two real skill sets in one person.
You'll spend about half your time as a labor analyst — running the numbers, tuning the model, translating customer data into recommendations — and the other half as a customer relationship owner, running intake meetings, leading quarterly reviews, and being the voice a customer trusts when something is wrong. We're not hiring an analyst who occasionally joins a call, or an account manager who hands off the numbers. We need one person who does both well and can hold the whole thread, from Monday's raw data to Friday's executive review.
What you'll do The Analyst half (~50%) Ingest customer labor and operational data and turn it into automated schedule recommendations using Ando's model.
Analyze schedule-vs-presente outcomes weekly. Find where the model is off and tune the inputs.
Contribute to the labor matrix and run cost and usage analyses that inform pricing and positioning.
