We are currently seeking a Windchill PLM Technical Lead to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guide the development team
- Perform code reviews
- Ensure adherence to best practices.

Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of overall experience in Windchill PLM application design, development and support
- Strong Experience in PTC Windchill PDMLink, Option u0026 Variants, MPM Link, Workflow, OIR, InfoEngine Task customization u0026 configuration.
- In depth knowledge and good experience in JAVA, J2EE, JSP, Java Script, XML.




- Experience with IDEs (Eclipse), version control (SVN, GIT), and DevOps tools (YAML).
- Solid understanding of PLM processes, CAD management, and Change Management.
- Expertise in data migration, system security, and integration with CAD/ERP/custom system
- Oracle Database SQL queries (e.g. SQL scripts).
- Experienced in working with CAD integrations and SAP integrations
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
