Why this role Biospan is a general private chef and nutrition service. Support recruitment for internal Biospan roles (incl. contract prep).
Own the ATS (Greenhouse): stage movement, notes, candidate comms.
coordinate contract issuance (templates provided).
3+ years in recruitment using ATS systems (Greenhouse a plus).
Proven fast-fills in hard-to-source roles (hospitality/chefs is a big plus).
Strong English
Data-driven and experiment-minded (you track what works).
