We implement and maintain Dollarcity's information systems in a timely, secure, and reliable manner. Our main objective is to generate value to the company's operations by using technology to automate and/or simplify our processes.
As a EWM Functional Analyst
You'll be part of a high-impact regional team responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP EWM processes that power the heart of our operations: our distribution centers and retail supply chain.

What will your day to day look like?
- Lead end-to-end SAP EWM implementations and enhancements — from requirement gathering to post-go-live support — ensuring scalability across Dollarcity's regional operations.
- Design, configure, and optimize warehouse processes including inbound/outbound flows, internal movements, HU management, and RF transactions.
- Act as the EWM Expert, partnering with technical teams (ABAP) and business leaders to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Drive process harmonization by standardizing EWM configurations and best practices across multiple distribution centers in LATAM.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations teams to ensure system alignment with business needs and performance KPIs.
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing), documentation, and training sessions to strengthen adoption and knowledge transfer within operational teams.
