What are we looking for?

We are looking for an NPI Maintenance Technician responsible for supporting the installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and manufacturing readiness of new production lines and equipment.

The position will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, NPI, Production, Quality, and external equipment suppliers to ensure new equipment and production lines are properly installed, maintained, and available for production.

The idóneo candidate has hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, and basic design/drawing interpretation skills. The ability to read and write technical information in English is important for working with equipment manuals,



technical documentation, specifications, and supplier communications.

Activities of the position
- Support the installation, commissioning, start-up, and qualification of new production equipment and manufacturing lines.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, automation systems, fixtures, and auxiliary equipment.
- Develop, update, and execute preventive maintenance plans for new and existing equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and basic automation-related equipment issues.
- Support equipment modifications and improvements to increase reliability, uptime, safety, and maintainability.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, equipment manuals, layouts, and technical documentation.
- Support NPI projects from equipment installation through production ramp-up and manufacturing handoff.
