About the Role We are looking for an experienced Strategic Sourcing Manager – Business Services to help build and scale a strategic sourcing program across multiple corporate service categories. In this role, you will lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives , develop category strategies, manage strategic vendor relationships, and leverage data and market insights to identify cost efficiencies and drive measurable business value. You will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across areas such as Marketing, Sales & Business Development, Human Resources, Facilities, Finance, and Accounting , serving as a trusted sourcing advisor throughout the vendor lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Define and execute category-level sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives. Lead the full strategic sourcing lifecycle, including vendor identification, RFI/RFP/RFQ processes , proposal evaluation, supplier selection, and complex contract negotiations. Develop and continuously improve sourcing evaluation methodologies and frameworks to support data-driven supplier decisions.
Build and manage strategic vendor relationships, including supplier performance, risk, compliance, and governance . Conduct market research to identify industry trends, sourcing opportunities, supplier risks, and cost optimization opportunities. Leverage analytics and AI-enabled tools to evaluate supplier performance, pricing trends, spend, and quality metrics. Identify and deliver measurable cost savings and value-creation opportunities while maintaining service and quality standards. Prepare and present strategic sourcing insights and vendor management recommendations to senior and executive stakeholders. Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve sourcing processes and procurement best practices.
