A combination of technical aptitude, Pokémon brand knowledge, and creative thinking are required to be successful in this role. Collaborate with a cross-functional team of experts to drive Pokémon GO's Live Events strategy, driving community celebrations and live event initiatives.
Break down multifaceted issues into workable components and guide the Live Events and Community team in planning from ideation through post-launch.




Partner with QA to ensure events are properly set up and thoroughly tested before going live.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, navigating approval hurdles to successfully land a cohesive end product.
Engage with the team leadership to keep them apprised of event performance as well as presenting data-driven results and recaps.
2+ years experience producing a live service mobile game.
2+ years Experience with production processes and methodologies including Agile, SCRUM and waterfall, as well as when and how to apply them to multi-disciplinary game teams.
Experience with productivity and collaboration tools/software with an emphasis on spreadsheets, word processor and BI Tools (JIRA, Looker, Google Docs)
Experience with project management tools such as Jira and Asana.
Ability to work in a fast-paced hybrid environment and handle stress appropriately and/or ability to solve practical problems and be sufficiently adaptable t
