Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain Operations This role is within Chamberlain Group's IT Enterprise Applications group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Design, configure, develop, test, implement, and support applications that enable Supply Chain Operations business processes, focused on SAP ECC (MM/PP/QM/WM), SAP MII, and related applications, and (ii) Understand business processes and document business requirements. Requires Minimum 3 years’ experience in Information Technology, preferably applications development or configuration, Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with SAP ECC (MM/PP/QM/WM) including hands-on configuration, Minimum 3 years working with business processes related to Supply Chain Operations such as MRP, Raw Material Procurement, Manufacturing Scheduling, Manufacturing Execution, Kanban, JIT, Quality Inspection, and a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent. SAP MII, and related applications Understand business processes and document business requirements Define and design proposed solutions that meet requirements and follow best practices Collaborate with application developers to create functional specifications for custom development Create test cases for business processes and system functions; execute tests; analyze and resolve defects Collaborate with business stakeholders to create documentation and training materials; support training delivery Support production systems; proactively work to analyze and resolve production problems in a timely manner; resolve end user service requests; participate in production support processes including identification of issue severity, root cause, and path to resolution Identify opportunities to leverage applications to improve business processes, and support business re-engineering efforts Protect Chamber
