You’re Mama’s favorite person when it comes to People & Culture
As the key link between the General Manager and the central People & Culture team, you will be responsible for the overall management and administration of our people operations.
You’ll be the People & Culture ambassador for a team of around 80 talents, creating the warm, fun, slightly crazy and friendly atmosphere Mama is known for.
You will recruit new talent, ensure a warm and memorable onboarding experience,



and support our Heads of Department both in their leadership responsibilities and in their day-to-day operations.

You have at least 5 years of professional Human Resources / People & Culture experience in Mexico.
You are fluent in English.
