Description Sales Representative Position Type:
Full-Time | Remote Working Hours: U.Sales Representative
to grow their home health care business. This role will focus on converting inbound leads, building referral partnerships, and developing a consistent sales pipeline. The adecuado candidate is a confident communicator who understands the importance of proactive follow-up, relationship building, and maintaining a structured sales process. Lead Management & Sales Respond promptly to inbound leads and prospective client inquiries. Manage leads through the sales funnel from initial inquiry through consultation, assessment, and admission. Track sales activities, pipeline stages, and follow-ups in the CRM.
Referral & Community Development Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, discharge planners, physicians, social workers, senior living communities, rehabilitation facilities, and other referral sources. Conduct outbound outreach through calls, emails, in-person visits, presentations, and networking events. Represent the company at community events, health fairs,



and industry networking events.
Sales Funnel & Business Development Build and manage a structured sales funnel with clear stages and follow-up processes. Monitor lead volume, conversion rates, referral activity, and revenue performance. Identify gaps in the sales process and recommend improvements. Develop strategies to re-engage prospects who are not immediately ready to move forward. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales and admission goals. Coordinate with clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to intake and service delivery. You are persistent with follow-up and don't allow qualified opportunities to fall through the cracks. You are motivated by measurable sales goals and take ownership of your results.
