The User & Merchant Growth Senior Analyst role offers a unique opportunity to drive growth in one of the fastest-growing companies, specifically in an exciting & booming new business line. This data-driven position requires a blend of analytical thinking and interpersonal skills to effectively manage the user base and influence behavior.
Role Responsibilities
- Engagement of our merchant partners to our platform as well as the growth of our user & merchant base, via a combination of online and offline strategies, including merchant launch, seasonality and daily promotional & growth strategies;
- Building deep data insights and understanding of our potential and existing users and merchants in the local culture, in order to build your own growth-oriented methodologies and initiatives, and also to constantly improve user experience;
- Using data to understand user and merchant behavior and experience, and working closely in collaboration with commercial and merchant part
