We are looking for a Sales Junior Manager
Key Job Responsabilities




- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales with key B2C accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at assigned accounts, understanding their business needs and goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives tailored to B2C accounts.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
- Monitor account performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing action plans to address any issues.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management, highlighting key metrics and trends related to B2C accounts.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies impacting the B2C landscape.
