Business Systems Analyst - Supply Chain Operations

This role is within Chamberlain Group's IT Enterprise Applications group. A successful incumbent is expected to (i) Design, configure, develop, test, implement, and support applications that enable Supply Chain Operations business processes, focused on SAP ECC (MM/PP/QM/WM), SAP MII, and related applications, and (ii) Understand business processes and document business requirements. Requires Minimum 3 years’ experience in Information Technology, preferably applications development or configuration, Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with SAP ECC (MM/PP/QM/WM) including hands-on configuration, Minimum 3 years working with business processes related to Supply Chain Operations such as MRP, Raw Material Procurement, Manufacturing Scheduling, Manufacturing Execution, Kanban, JIT, Quality Inspection, and a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or equivalent.

SAP MII, and related applications
- Understand business processes and document business requirements
- Define and design proposed solutions that meet requirements and follow best practices
- Collaborate with application developers to create functional specifications for custom development
- Create test cases for business processes and system functions; execute tests; analyze and resolve defects
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to create documentation and training materials; support training delivery
- Support production systems; proactively work to analyze and resolve production problems in a timely manner; resolve end user service requests; participate in production support processes including identification of issue severity, root cause, and path to resolution
- Identify opportunities to leverage applications to improve business processes, and support business re-engineering effort
