Ingredion is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our Global Business Services team supporting Accounts Payable operations for Brazil. In this role, you will contribute to the efficiency, accuracy, and continuous improvement of payment processes while partnering with key stakeholders across the organization.
Accounts Payable Analyst – Brazil
As an Accounts Payable Analyst – Brazil,



you will be responsible for executing end-to-end accounts payable activities, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, supporting payment execution, resolving supplier and internal inquiries, and driving process improvements within a shared services environment.
This role reports to the Accounts Payable Supervisor.
What Will You Do
- Execute end-to-end Accounts Payable activities for Brazil, including invoice processing, payment support, expense review, and vendor account management.
- Review and verify invoices and financial documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Support payment file preparation, advances processing, and resolution of payment-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
