Compensation Analyst
to join our Total Rewards team in Mexico City on a hybrid basis, working 3 days a week from the hub.

What You Will Do In this role, you will conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis, administer annual and merit cycles, and translate complex data into insights for senior leadership. You'll partner closely with People Business Partners (PBPs), talent acquisition and business leaders, ensuring our pay practices are competitive,
compliant and aligned with Scopely's fast‐paced, innovative culture. This position is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of compensation experience who loves working with numbers, is skilled in storytelling with data, and thrives in a integral, innovative environment.
Design and administer compensation programs.
Support the development and execution of base‐pay structures, annual/merit reviews, promotions, equity and incentive programs. Contribute to plan documents, policies and system enhancements to streamline processes.
Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys.
Participate in survey submissions, perform market and cost analyses, and maintain salary ranges to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness. Identify compensation enhancements and recommend adjustments to keep Scopely ahead of market trends.
Analyze data and present insights.
