The company operates across multiple online platforms including TikTok, Amazon, and Whatnot, and is focused on building a strong Live Seller Community alongside its product distribution business. We are looking for a highly organized
Business Assistant
who can support day-to-day operations, manage content and livestream schedules, assist with customer communication, and help build systems that improve business efficiency. This is an execution-focused role where the right candidate will help keep multiple moving parts organized while identifying opportunities to streamline and automate processes.
Key Responsibilities
Livestream Operations
Schedule and coordinate weekly livestreams on platforms such as TikTok and Whatnot Manage livestream scheduling and team payroll using Homebase Support operational logistics for live selling sessions Content & Community Management




Maintain a structured content calendar across X, LinkedIn, and Facebook Support the growth of the owner's personal brand and the Live Seller Community Help manage and engage members of the Live Selling Academy Customer Communication
Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email across platforms including TikTok, Whatnot, and Kajabi Ensure fast, professional responses and strong customer experience Monitor and resolve common support questions Operational Support
Coordinate with warehouse teams regarding returns and operational updates Track inventory issues and support product operations on Amazon Maintain internal records using company software Schedule podcast interviews and manage operational follow-ups Marketing Support
Research potential customers and community members on Facebook and other relevant platforms Assist in developing organic outreach strategies to attract new community members and buyer
