Job Overview
This person will serve as a critical backup and administrative right hand to the production team, ensuring that orders, shipments, and fabric procurement are tracked closely and nothing falls through the cracks.



This role is adecuado for someone with real workforce experience who can take ownership of day-to-day production administration, catch issues before they become delays, and keep orders and shipments moving on schedule. The right candidate will quickly learn the business's production flow, proactively monitor timelines, and act as a dependable backup to the production manager whenever needed.
Responsibilities
Order & Shipment Tracking
Monitor the status and timing of all incoming and outgoing shipments
Track packages and follow up proactively on delays or exceptions
Ensure all orders are entered, confirmed, and progressing on schedule
Flag potential delays early and escalate issues before they impact clients
Production Support & Backup
Serve as a reliable backup to the production manager on administrative tasks
Order fabrics and materials as needed to keep production on track
Coordinate with vendors and internal team members to confirm order details
