We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Python + AI) to join an industry-leading company that builds management software for health and wellness professionals. Their platform helps practitioners run their businesses with ease through features like AutoPay, online booking, Telehealth, and customizable documentation — all in one secure, smart, and simple tool.

You’ll play a key role in building the systems and tools that power their AI and ML capabilities — designing scalable, reliable solutions and contributing to the technical vision of the ML Platform. This role blends creative problem-solving with hands-on development and close collaboration with Product, AI, and Engineering teams.

This is a full-time hybrid position for candidates based in Mexico City, with the flexibility to work remotely part of the week.

- 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer (Senior level)
- Strong proficiency in Python
- Excellent communication skills in English (required)




- Solid background in Machine Learning or LLMs, including end-to-end workflows (from ideation and prototyping to deployment)
- Proven experience designing and implementing data pipelines and tooling for ML
- Experience deploying models and managing infrastructure in AWS or similar cloud platforms
- Based in CDMX, Mexico

Nice to have
- Experience with RAG architecture or other LLM design patterns
- Knowledge of pythonic asynchronous tools like Celery
- Exposure to Outerbounds or similar ML orchestration platforms
- Understanding of Argo Flows for CI/CD
- Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration
