Who We Want As our Senior Facilities Coordinator, you will be Arrive's subject matter expert for Facilities. This role supports onsite Facilities Operations for our Guadalajara office, in addition to remote support for all satellite offices. The Senior Facilities Coordinator performs a variety of tasks from setting up desks, to managing office moves, to troubleshooting the alarm system, and you'll be the go-to person across the company to execute important projects and tasks.
This position will provide support and problem solving to help resolve any onsite issues that have been identified by leadership with the goal of maintaining a world-class workspace for our high-performing employees. n
What You'll Do
Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all facilities systems. Implements and administers all facilities digital applications and optimizes facilities capabilities. Develops and maintains strong relationships with key site leaders and vendors by communicating regularly and proactively regarding any changes, questions, issues, and/or outstanding action items. Receives, manages, and processes Facilities tickets and requests; ensures problems are resolved quickly and efficiently.
