Job Specific Requirements:
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Excellence, Maintenance, Operational Excellence, or a related field, including experience in managerial or leadership roles.
- Proven experience in large, integral Consumer Goods organizations, preferably within companies with mature manufacturing excellence and continuous improvement systems.
- Strong knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), World Class Manufacturing (WCM), and/or Integrated Lean Six Sigma methodologies, with demonstrated experience implementing and sustaining these systems across manufacturing sites.
- Experience working cross-functionally and driving maintenance and operational excellence initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites, influencing stakeholders and translating strategy into execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management skills, with the ability to identify improvement opportunities and drive sustainable results.




- Experience in Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Autonomous Maintenance (AM).
