At Leona, we're reimagining how the world connects with healthcare—and you'll be right at the center of it. As a Business Operations Associate, you'll design the processes, insights, and strategies that keep us fast, efficient, and ready to scale
Key Responsibilities: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operational performance, patient outcomes, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to monitor operational trends and identify opportunities for improvement.
