About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a growing property management company serving rental owners and tenants throughout the Miami and Orlando markets. This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring operational excellence across leasing, maintenance coordination, client relations, rent collection, renewals, and property operations. You will lead a team of six professionals while driving accountability, efficiency, and performance across the organization. Team Leadership & Operations
Oversee daily operations across the Miami and Orlando property management portfolio. Lead, mentor, and develop a team spanning leasing, operations, maintenance coordination, and business development. Conduct weekly team meetings to review priorities, outstanding tasks, and operational performance. Ensure proper staffing and resource allocation across departments. Establish and manage KPIs for team members and departments. Hold employees, vendors, and tenants accountable to company standards and timelines. Create operational consistency and improve workflows across the organization. Leasing & Occupancy Management
Oversee leasing operations and vacancy management. Ensure listings are accurate, competitive, and marketed effectively. Monitor occupancy performance and vacancy trends.
