JOB SUMMARY

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new,
independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name
is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this
role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure,
delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers
and other mission-critical applications.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to
our growth, we’re looking to add an Equipment Maintenance Engineer located in
Guadalajara, North Campus.





Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager the Equipment Maintenance
Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting,
calibration, transfer, and optimization of SMT and SCP manufacturing equipment.
This role supports pilot and production operations by ensuring equipment
reliability, maximizing uptime, and leading equipment-related continuous
improvement initiatives. The position also provides technical leadership to
maintenance technicians and supports new equipment installations, line
transfers, and manufacturing startup activities.

What a typical day looks like:

* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures involving mechanical, electrical,
electronic, and software systems.
* Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on SMT and SCP
manufacturing equipment.
* Install, commission, validate, relocate, transfer, and debug production
equipment and manufacturing
