Role Overview We are looking for a Senior Project Manager & Automation Squad Leader to pilot strategic internal projects for T-Systems Mexico. This role has full accountability for project delivery, including scope, budget, quality, risks, and stakeholder management. The Senior PM & Automation Squad Leader acts as a key decision-maker, provides leadership to Project Managers and Project Leaders, and ensures alignment with organizational objecttives and OKRs. Key Responsibilities: ·
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex internal IT projects·
Define project strategy,



scope, objectives, success metrics, and delivery roadmap·
Own project governance, budget control, timelines, and quality standards·
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies·
Manage senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and value delivery·
Ensure adherence to PMP, Agile Scrum, ITIL, and OKRs methodologies·
Identify high-impact automation opportunities to maximize ROI, productivity, transforming in Lean Business Processes and quality improvements.·
Drive adoption of advanced automation capabilities, including RPA, workflow platforms, low-code solutions, and AI-enabled automation.·
Position automation as a core enabler of operational excellence and digital transformation·
Lead and develop a high-performing, multidisciplinary automation squad.·
Ensure the availability of the right skills to support current and future automation demands.
