The Cash & Trade Proc Intmd Analyst is an intermediate-level role responsible for ensuring accurate and timely transaction processing in coordination with the Transaction Services team. The primary objective is to research, conduct analyses, and resolve issues.
Role Main Purpose
- Investigating entry inquiries and cases related to Cash and Trade products.
- Supporting the team with messages redirection.
- Preparing audit certification letters.
- Assisting with incoming and outgoing emails.
- Performing support functions for the unit.
- Contributing to process improvements.

Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Transactional Assistance (Technical Advisory)
- Participate in introduction calls with New to Bank (NTB) clients via Relationship Managers (RM)/Sales.
- Provide client guidance on documentation and processes for transactions.
- Promote digital channels and offer high-level demos.
- Identify new business opportunities.
- Manage in-process, pended, and service-related activities, ensuring high-quality processing, dispatching, and delivery for customers and internal partners.





Transaction Processing
- Assist clients with Trade application forms for manual requests.
- Provide assistance and contacts for digital uploads.
- Support query resolution and share tips to prevent recurring queries.
- Track the first agreed set of transactions end-to-end to identify any issues.
- Provide support at each stage of the transaction.
- Maintain day-to-day control and measurement of end-to-end transaction processing.

Post-Transaction Processing
- Educate clients on how to follow systemic alerts and advice.
- Highlight necessary maintenance and digitization to coverage teams to ensure Straight Through Processing (STP).
- Maintain structured reporting of inquiries and investigations, including root cause analysis, to reduce routine queries through automation and process enhancements.
- Develop and review metrics and monitoring mechanisms to gauge client health.
