Main Responsibilities

Lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process, ensuring alignment between customer demand, production capacity, inventory targets, and business objectives.
Develop, maintain, and optimize the Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure material availability, production continuity,



delivery performance, and efficient resource utilization.
Oversee material planning, inventory control, and supplier performance to support uninterrupted production operations while driving cost efficiency and maintaining optimal inventory levels.
Lead, coach, and develop the Materials Planning team, ensuring effective resource utilization and fostering a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
Manage raw material planning and inventory control to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing excess and obsolete inventory while ensuring accurate management of materials in transit.
Drive site capacity planning activities, balancing customer demand, production capabilities, labor availability, and operational constraints.
Ensure accuracy and governance of master data, including key planning parameters such as MOQ, Lead Times, Goods Receipt Times (GRT), Safety Stoc
