Conversion-Focused UX/UI Designer Position Summary We are seeking a Web Designer with strong UX/UI skills and experience in A/B testing to support client website design and optimization efforts. This role will focus on consulting with clients, translating business needs into effective design solutions, and continuously improving website performance through testing and iteration. The adecuado candidate is proficient in modern design tools such as Figma and Adobe XD, with additional experience in Axure, is considered a strong plus. This role is highly client-facing and requires excellent communication skills, the ability to guide clients through design decisions, and a strong understanding of user behavior and experience. Key Responsibilities:
Consult with clients to understand website goals, user needs, and business objectives Strong English communication skills, with the ability to confidently interact with clients in the company's primary language. Translate requirements into user flows, wireframes,
and high-fidelity mockups Create high-quality website designs and prototypes based on client requirements Incorporate client and stakeholder feedback and iterate on designs efficiently Apply UX/UI best practices and current design trends to all work Design and support A/B testing initiatives to improve conversion and user experience Leverage data and analytics insights to inform design decisions Communicate progress and updates to Project Managers (Launch Specialists) Collaborate with Front-End Development to ensure accurate implementation of designs Clearly document and communicate design decisions to stakeholders and team members Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Required Qualifications
