You will own local transportation and warehouse budget lines in our Distribution Cost. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of logistics and international trade professionals managing 7 warehouses, local transportation in our direct markets and import / export operations to supply Bacardi markets and plants.

You challenge the status quo and provide innovative solutions to improve our service levels and costs.

Logistics Strategy Development: Continuously assess our network:



Number and location of warehouses, operative model (capacity, shifts, flexibility), transportation partners, etc. Collaborate with Procurement and Global Logistics to define and adopt our global and local logistics partners. Provide logistics solutions to accompany Latin America route to market initiatives. Collaborate with the customers, commercial and logistics teams in the development of plans that drives service improvements and logistic efficiencies for both parties. Drive ESG agenda for Latin America and lead the decarbonisation of the logistics network.
Budget Management: Builds the region’s annual budget for the lines under your scope and drive the Cost To Serve agenda adding value to Distribution costs. Own Cost to Serve initiatives in Gross Margin Excellence process, deliver committed savings and develop and lead project pipeline to keep continued cost optimization.
