Role Overview
This manager will support and operate the core go‑to‑market engine for Netflix Ads packages, sponsorships and media/programmatic solutions.
Sitting within the MPu0026O (Market, Planning u0026 Operations) organization, the Manager, Packages u0026 Solutions will work closely with the Sr. Manager to bring our ads solutions to life in the market – from narrative and pitch development to the design and execution of scalable, compelling offerings for advertisers and agencies.
In a nascent and fast‑growing ads business, this role will play a key part in helping to build the foundations of our go‑to‑market strategy and our long‑term commercial playbook.
Key Responsibilities




- Support and help execute the go‑to‑market strategy for Netflix Ads solutions (packages, sponsorships, media and programmatic offerings), with a core objective of maximizing brand and business outcomes for clients, in partnership with the Sr. Manager and Sales.
- Translate market dynamics and business levers (e.g., seasonality, competitive landscape, content moments) into differentiated ad packages and programmatic‑first solutions that drive growth for both Netflix and our advertisers, under the guidance of senior leaders.
- Help design and operationalize the annual activation calendar, and support the strategy and execution of our upfront season, working closely with Sales and cross‑functional partners.
- Build and maintain best‑in‑class media solutions, pitches and toolkits that enable the Sales team to take our story and solutions to market with clarity, consistency and conviction.
