PayJoy is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Portfolio Analyst – Asset Valuation to join our Portfolio Management team. In this role, you will support the development and maintenance of predictive models related to asset valuation, working closely with senior team members to ensure accuracy in financial data and reporting. Assist in maintaining and updating the Fair Value (FV) model under the guidance of senior team members.
Support the monthly accounting process by preparing data inputs, checking consistency, and helping reconcile variances in asset valuation.




Contribute to model development efforts by preparing data, testing assumptions, and supporting analyses to improve forecasting accuracy.
Work with Finance and Risk teams to analyze trends in default rates, performance metrics, and capital needs.
Participate in the execution and documentation of backtesting and stress testing efforts to ensure model robustness.
Generate reports and visualizations that summarize model outcomes and key financial insights for broader stakeholders.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
Experience (internships or academic projects) involving financial modeling, data analysis, or forecasting is preferred.
SQL and Python are required, and another statistical programming language is a plus.
