The Supply Planning Specialist is responsible for leading the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP;) process across Mexico and LATAM, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, inventory, and business priorities. The role partners closely with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, UK Operations, and Production teams to optimize product availability, support financial objectives,



and drive operational performance. Through cross-functional collaboration, data-driven insights, and continuous improvement, the role enables effective decision-making, mitigates supply risks, and ensures the successful execution of regional business plans.

Make an Impact:
- Lead the S&OP; process across Mexico and LATAM, driving demand reviews, forecast alignment, and monthly submissions.
- Manage supply allocation, production requirements, and order releases to optimise product availability and business priorities.
- Monitor inventory performance, leading reviews of stock health, ageing, slow movers, damaged stock, and continuity plans.
- Partner with Commercial, Finance, Marketing, UK Operations, and Production teams to align plans, manage risks, and support decision-making.
- Assess operational and financial impacts of inventory, shipments, duty-paid stock, and cash flow, providing recommendations
