We handle the local complexity so merchants can focus on growth. We operate a dedicated legal entity in Mexico and are growing fast. This is a foundational hire for our Mexican operations. The role
You will be the on-the-ground owner of Outpost's Mexican entity, responsible for keeping it compliant, financially healthy, and operationally sharp. This is a hands-on role that spans accounting, tax compliance, and day-to-day operations. You will work closely with our global ops and finance teams, and with external advisors including our Mexican legal counsel. What you'll do
Finance & Tax Compliance Manage relationships with local advisors, tax advisors and external auditors




Monitor SAT regulatory updates and flag implications for Outpost and our merchants
Support transfer pricing documentation and intercompany compliance with the global finance team
Operations Oversee merchant onboarding processes for Mexican transactions, coordinating with our integral ops team
Manage local banking relationships and cash management for the entity
Support commercial operations: contracts, local vendor management, regulatory correspondence
Act as the primary local point of contact for regulators, auditors, and banking partners
Liaise with PSP partners operating in Mexico on operational and compliance matters
What we're looking for
5+ years of experience in accounting and tax compliance in Mexico, ideally in fintech, payments, or financial services
Deep working knowledge of Mexico's tax regime
Hands-on experience with Mexico's electronic invoicing system and SAT portals
