About the Role

to own full-cycle recruiting across our
Sales and Marketing organizations .



This is a high-ownership role on a lean, high-performing team. You will manage a portfolio of mid and senior-level requisitions, build and execute sourcing strategies, and serve as a genuine business partner to your hiring managers. This role requires someone who
operates with low oversight ,
self-diagnoses problems before they escalate , and brings a
talent advisor posture
to every stakeholder conversation. The best person for this role brings their own operating system and makes the team around them sharper.
What You Will Do
Own
full-cycle recruiting
for mid and senior-level roles across Sales and Marketing, with consistent delivery across multiple verticals simultaneously
Build and execute
sourcing strategies
that generate qualified, diverse pipelines, and adapt those strategies based on
funnel performance , not just instinct
Conduct structured screens and interviews,
design interview plans
