U.S. Market Focus About the Role We're looking for a
detail-driven and analytical Tax & Financial Compliance Analyst
with hands-on experience in
U.S. R&D; Tax Credits or similar tax incentive programs . This is a key role within a
high-performance, client-facing team , where you'll work directly on U.S.-based tax credit projects, supporting companies in maximizing their incentives while ensuring full compliance. This is not an entry-level role. We are specifically looking for candidates with
real, hands-on experience in U.S. tax credits , ideally from
accounting firms, tax advisory firms, or consulting environments .
What You'll Do Prepare and support
U.S. tax credits and incentives projects , with strong focus on
R&D; Tax Credits Analyze client financials and operations to identify qualifying activities and expenses Perform technical tax research
(federal & state incentives) Build and review
calculations, workpapers,
and supporting documentation Validate and organize client-provided financial and operational data Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and deadlines compliance Collaborate with clients and internal teams in a professional, consultative manner Follow and improve SOPs and internal processes Must-Have Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Please only apply if you meet these: Proven experience working with
