Job Summary Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we're calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Director Logisitics located in Guadalajara North. Reporting to VP Operations. As a Director, Logistics you are Responsible for development, execution, and ongoing management of the General Logistics strategy.



Working with the transportation providers and operations, develop global and regional strategies and initiatives to meet current and future business needs. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects designed to lower total transportation cost, at reduced transit times, with increased reliability.
What a typical day looks like: Develop overall strategy that focuses on cost, speed, and reliability of the services provided to business. Work with the business to develop appropriate metrics and KPI's and manage accordingly. Provide strategic alignment with Corporate strategies and initiatives. Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency of transportation expenditures across the company. Develop effective and joint solutions with suppliers and providers to lower total transportation cost.
